The artist is Mukai Junkichi and the title is "Air battle (Shoki Suicide attack)". Google the name of the artist!

    Wow; an interesting person and an accomplished artist. I had never heard of Mukai-san.
    Interesting insignia on the B-24s; close for 1943, but not quite there.
