So, this is Tachikawa Ki-9 "Spruce", RS Models kit in 1/72 scale. I’ve changed the windscreen (scratch) because in the box were rounded and should be squered…. and added the barrel….

Fantastic model in a very small scale. 9 from me because, although the photos are great, we cannot see the scratch-built canopy, the cockpit and the undersurfaces. Very good job!
An unusual subject and nicely modeled. The original orange-yellow looking through the scrapes is a nice idea as well as the barrel in the back seat. In the jet age back-seaters were sometimes derogatorily called 'sand sacks' - well, 'beer barrel' could have been equally nasty.
Back to the model: Extra points for the rigging! I just wonder about the prop colour?? A vote 8 overall.
Great exterior finish! Rigging and details are all well done. The only thing I can see that might be a problem is that the hinomarus are a bit too clean. 9.0
My 9 just became a 10. Thanks Zbyszek for sending more photos.
The propeller of the Ki-9 was wood covered with celluloid, therefore the color is very correct. Also, the hinomaru look pretty clean in the photos.
I would never have the skill (or the patience) to do bi-plane rigging. That and the 1/72 scale size gets a 9 from me. We are off to a very good start. I hope this does not deter others from submitting there models.

Zbyszek you did a marvelous job! When you look at the kit as a whole I can only say this an amazing example of modeling. What more can I say-9.5
Marvelous build of an interesting airplane. This goes as a 9.5!
