Japanese Aircraft Online Model Contest 003 - Carlo Reita

The kit is the Hasegawa 1/200 787-8 in ANA first livery. It is 28cm long  and the wingspan is 30cm. I built it out of the box and is an easy build like most of the modern airliners. The kit is well designed and given the scale there is not much that can be done to detail it. The white and the grey are from the specific ANA colour set by Gunze. The only real difficulty is to correctly place the huge decals without breaking them and then take the time for all the stencils. Looking back at the pictures actually I built it over one year ago, time flies ....
I bought the kit in Tokyo (one of the model shops in Akihabara) during one of my trips in Japan. It was my first flight on the type and I noticed that the kit allowed to do the same registration I flew on in the morning.

I vote 4.0 just for the fact you didn't break those huge decals (I know I would have ripped them for sure)! But really, very good work.
