The "Hayate" (Aircraft No. 1446): Its final flight at Camp Kita-Utsunomiya, November 18, 1973.
It is is currently preserved and on display at the Chiran Peace Museum for Kamikaze Pilots.

Priceless film. Do you have any details, such as who the pilot was and the like? I was very worried to see the port mainwheel partly retracted during the flight; good thing it was down and locked for the landing!
