Congratulations George and Kiri with this publication, it must have been a great effort to push on to the end to finish this book.
The photos of the Sally, on your website recently, gave a glimpse of what we can expect. I really look forward to read the book in the near future.

Best regards,

Eric

Congratulations on finishing this important and much anticipated addition to the list of English titles focused on Japanese subjects.

Did the impressive number of pages (three times EE #1!) mandate any changes to the proven A4 format or magazine-style saddle stitch binding? I’m a hardcover fan, but saddle stitching works fine and is economical. Unfortunately, most glued softcover bindings wrinkle on the spine if opened fully.

PS Can't wait for Eagle Eye #4 on the Ki-48 ;)

Thank you David. Always A4 but yes, the binding needed to change. No hardcover titles in the Arawasi catalogue. Too cumbersome and heavy to ship around the world. More like the binding of our Manchukuo title, if you're familiar with it.
I'm afraid the next EE won't be about the Ki-48. There are two candidate subjects. The first is one that I've been working on for the past 20 years (!), the other is much easier. We'll see. Need to finish the next issue of our magazine first!

G'day George, I've just sent the payment to your PayPal account. The timing of this book couldn't be better. I recently added an Italeri BR20 to my stash, and I also have a Revell/Takara Sally on its way to me from Japan. I'm very excited to have the book, too.

All the best,

Mark.

G'day George,

EE3 arrived a few days ago, but I didn't get a chance to look at it properly until yesterday. It's superb! I can only guess at how much work has gone into publishing it, but it was well worth it. Many thanks from me and my son, who is becoming very interested in Japanese aircraft.

All the best,

Mark
