@David Brizzard, the new kit has a LOT more interior detail (as shown), the 2 short wing spars (vs tabs on the wings that slotted into the fuselage on old kit) and recessed exterior detail. The new kit is LEAPS & BOUNDS better than the old kit. BTW: Eduard makes fantastic PE kits for it as well.
I built the original and look forward to making the new one sitting in my closet, LOL.

Excellent modelling Jan! Admirable attention to detail, and an inspiring layout of the interior in particular. I love the guys pondering over the map!
