Japanese Aircraft Online Model Contest 007 - MARK JAHSAN #3

Both of these builds are twenty years old, done long before the current color research. Koga’s Zero is the Tamiya one, done with Tamiya IJN grey, decals from spares.
The captured one is Fujimi’s, MM paints, tail lettering done with tiny individual letters!
The Zero has always been one of my favorite planes (first airplane I ever built was the Revell 1/32 version), and I think it looks just as good in the Navy blue/grey scheme.

Nice pair! Yes, the color scheme on the captured example somehow fits well on the Zero, I have no idea why... 4.8

Small details are important. I noticed the antenna mast is cut down, which is how it appears in pictures of the real thing after being made flyable again in US markings. 4.7
