Japanese Aircraft Online Model Contest 014 - ZBYSZEK MALICKI

This is my contribution to the 14th contest. The model is 1/72 A6M2 from Fine Molds. It is painted with White Ensign Models/Colourcoats paints. This is the aircraft of Lieutenant Sumio Nono from the aircraft carrier Hiryu. Second wave Pearl Harbor attack.

This is a very nice effort in the small scale. Small problems with the antenna (it doesn't end where it's supposed to be on the tail) and I would have liked a lot more soot from the exhausts. 9

Superb. Being a 1/48 modeller I'm really impressed by the level of detail and marking accuracy on today's 1/72. You've done a great job with the camo, too. It could just be a little glossier. Nevertheless a 10.

Yet another very well done 1/72 model. 9.0

A nice clean build, and in 1/72 no less. Needs a bit more exhaust staining. 9.0

Another nerby perfect effort. The flonding wingtips are absolutely top.
Only the number on tail is some thick - maybe decal?

I give 9,5

A decent piece on a small scale.
Folding wings are a big plus.
