Hi George, wonderful pix. Thx for sharing. Did they build 1/48s G4M2 Type 24s? If so, were the 1/48 G4M2s scratch-build or Create301-Bettys? TIA. Cheers, Marcus
I've been seriously thinking about repainting my old Hasegawa H6K as the a/c that made the flight to Taipei carrying bundles of banknotes just after the war ended. Well, one of the Shizuoka modelers beat me to it and did a very nice job. Oh well, I have enough other projects.
Harold: it's not as if one kit exists somewhere in the world, noone should build another one! build yours and do it better! include the banknotes! that would be a challenge! or put it on water or on the flying boat base. there are many possibilities.
