I believe that this is a view of the trainer version of the Tokai's cockpit. Dual controls, the clear glazing panels in the nose have been replaced. Also the metal frame above the nose is a feature on the Q1W1-K. Apparently, it was used as a guide to help keep the aircraft level during take off and landings.

I stand by my guess & in agreement with hantsbirder. The nose bulges in 1st photo also identify it.
