Japanese Aircraft Online Model Contest 010 - ZBYSZEK MALICKI

This is a very old model of mine, I made as a teenager.  It's now been about 25-30 years. 8-) but is stil in a good condition.
It is Hasegawa 1/72 scale  (I still have onother unbuild in the box) and is painted by brush with Gunze H paint.
Two or three years ago I gave it a coat of clear glos varnish using an airbrush to secure decals because on my other old models they started to peel off.
This is more like a curio than contest entry but I thought it could be interresting compared to newest models 8-)
I hope to submit a second entry with my latest build KYOFU airplane, just need to finish some details.

Thanks zegeye! Nice looking little model. Very very smooth finish considering it was done with a brush! The gloss coat makes it very shiny and spoils it for me a bit, perhaps a semi-gloss would have been better. But really lovely!!! Can't wait to see your finished "Kyofu".

That's a very nice build for an early 'experiment' and 1/72. The top colour looks spot-on. I agree with George, that a little less gloss would have made it perfect. It's still an 8 in my view.

Nice model, even if a bit too shiny. Looking forward to the Kyofu!
